Shayna Archer
Shayna is an aspiring young novelist and children's story-teller, and first time writer for Suite101.
As a mother of two, the only time she has to herself is after she puts her children to bed. She has always had a passion for writing; finding a job doing so seemed like a great way to un-wind at the end of the day and getting paid for doing something she loved was a definite perk. It also seemed like a great solution to the terrible economic conditions of today. So she applied to work for Suite101 and so far hasn't looked back!
When her children are school-age, she plans to go to University and study Graphic Design and Journalism, and hopes one day to publish a novel (or two, or three, or ten....).
Shayna's favorite authors are Diana Gabaldon and Maeve Binchy, and she thinks her Kindle is one of the most remarkable, wonderful new inventions of today.
